Requirements

We are currently adding to our team of New Client Coordinators whose primary mission is to develop new, and service existing clients, for the company's new business segment. The position requires an individual who enjoys a high energy, high output work environment that thrives on teamwork. Knowledge of medical supplies and/or medical insurance a plus. Responsibilities include; marketing our value added services and supplies to existing and potential customers in and extremely competitive market, maintaining and building relationships with referral sources, acquiring medical documentation and authorizations required for billing and maintain compliance with federal and state guidelines. The New Client Coordinator must be a dynamic, self-motivated, BILINGUAL (Spanish) professional with experience in Inside/Outside Sales. All candidates should posses: • A proven track record of sales accomplishments and over achievement. • Experience overcoming objections as well as identifying cross sell and up sell opportunities • The demeanor and flexibility to communicate with patients, physicians, nurses and other skilled professionals. • Exceptional communication, computer and multi tasking skills. • Experience with in/outbound calling and trouble-shooting. • An outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic personality. Working hours 9am – 6pm Monday – Friday.
