Sodexo Hospital Division is seeking an experienced Resident District Manager to oversee multiple contract accounts for the Sharp HealthCare System, one of the most prestigious systems in Southern California Region.
Supervises: 7 Locations, 7 Services in San Diego metropolitan area. Will oversee food accounts, respectively. Position also requires very strong financial acumen, strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple competing tasks. Preferred candidate will have experience in HealthCare Hospitality Operations at GMMS/SGM/AGM level or above

Requirements |
Functions as the central point of contact for one complex account with multiple locations, and possibly multiple contracts. Oversees performance of unit management including budget development, client relations, sales and profitability performance, conformance with company policies and procedures and staff training and development. Liaison between company resources and unit operating managers.
Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: 5 year(s) of lead/supervisory/management experience
